(1) Permanent employees working at the local level at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be automatically adjusted at the respective local level.
(2) Regardless of what is written in this Act and prevailing laws, transfer of their previous jobs to permanent employees working in organized organizations established in accordance with prevailing laws and running with the full subsidy of the Government of Nepal, who work related to the matters included in the list of rights of the provincial and local levels in accordance with Schedule 6 and 8 of the Constitution. In order to carry out the same work at the provincial or local level, the service conditions and facilities of their predecessors will be adjusted as prescribed.
